These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products offered by SURVIVAID through its online store.

By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

SURVIVAID reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice when necessary.

3. PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€).

Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Shipping costs may be included or excluded depending on the product and destination.

Any import duties, local taxes or customs charges outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. ORDERS

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

SURVIVAID reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SURVIVAID cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or external logistics issues.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

For safety and compliance reasons, SURVIVAID strongly recommends that all backup energy systems, hybrid inverters, battery systems and electrical equipment be installed by a qualified professional electrician or certified technician.

Improper installation may result in:

  • electrical hazards;

  • fire risk;

  • equipment damage;

  • injury;

  • malfunction;

  • reduced product lifespan.

Customers choosing to install products themselves do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

SURVIVAID cannot be held responsible for:

  • incorrect installation;

  • wiring errors;

  • misuse;

  • modification of products;

  • overload;

  • improper maintenance;

  • non-compliance with local electrical regulations.

Customers must always comply with local laws, electrical standards and safety regulations applicable in their country.

7. LIMITED WARRANTY

SURVIVAID products are covered by a limited warranty in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • improper installation;

  • incorrect electrical connection;

  • unauthorized modification;

  • misuse;

  • overload;

  • water damage;

  • humidity damage;

  • lightning damage;

  • fire;

  • accidental damage;

  • normal wear and tear;

  • improper storage;

  • damage caused by third-party equipment.

Warranty claims may require:

  • proof of purchase;

  • photos/videos;

  • serial numbers;

  • technical inspection.

SURVIVAID reserves the right to:

  • repair;

  • replace;

  • partially refund;

  • refuse claims not covered under warranty conditions.

Warranty coverage is limited to the value of the purchased product only.

SURVIVAID shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages;

  • business interruption;

  • loss of income;

  • data loss;

  • installation costs;

  • electrician fees;

  • consequential damages.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may request a return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must:

  • be unused;

  • be in original condition;

  • include original packaging.

Custom-made, installed, damaged or modified products may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

  • power outages;

  • battery misuse;

  • generator misuse;

  • compatibility issues with third-party equipment;

  • damages resulting from electrical network instability.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with their local electrical infrastructure.

All autonomy calculations, backup duration estimates and power consumption examples displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes only.

Actual performance may vary depending on:

  • appliance consumption;

  • battery condition;

  • environmental conditions;

  • charging conditions;

  • installation quality.

12. GOVERNING LAW
